About Steve Morris – Long Bio
Steve Morris is regarded as one of the world’s pre-eminent authorities on leadership in Asia and pioneer of some of Asia’s leading leadership theory. He has spent over two decades as a highly respected international leadership consultant with over 15 years experience based in Asia.
Steve wide ranging talents include; international leadership consultant, personal development coach, author, international speaker, world-class facilitator, corporate board advisor and philanthropist.
Steve holds a graduate degree in Economics and a BA in International Relations. His early career includes time as a principal advisor at the US Department of Defense and Washington based management consultant before moving to Asia to take up a position as one of the youngest partners of a global management consulting company and Managing Director in Singapore.
In 1998 he founded the highly successful Steve Morris Associates Pte Ltd to provide leadership development coaching and training throughout Asia. He has provided leadership and team development programs to hundreds of CEO’s from the world’s top organizations.
In 2001 Steve set up LotusBloom, an organization dedicated to publishing and delivering a unique holistic approach to personal and professional mastery. Based on his Glorious Living! philosophy Steve presents workshops and publishes books and other resources which have helped thousands of people internationally.
Steve is the acclaimed author of the ‘Glorious Leadership’ series and the ‘Glorious Living’ series as well as the fable titled ‘The Boy who Climbed the Mountain’.
Steve’s work has appeared in The Asian Wall Street Journal, The Straits Times, Asian Business, Asia Manager, Today's Manager, The Economic Bulletin and Britain in Business. He has appeared on numerous TV and radio shows as a guest expert on the workplace and leadership in Asia.
Steve continues to work out of Asia where he lives with his wife and four children.
